Customer Support

Assist with customer inquiries, complaints, escalations, and delivery-related issues.
- Manage order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
- Follow up with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Call abandoned customers, convince them, and drive sales.
- Handle and respond to customer reviews on Trustpilot and Amazon.
- Work closely with the sales team and make outbound calls when required.
Education & Qualification:
- Experience in customer support (handling international customers is a plus).
- Strong communication skills in English and Telugu, Hindi would be an added advantage.
- Experience with Shopify is preferred.
- Ability to handle complaints, escalations, and customer retention calls.
