**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
- Conduct product/service presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT solutions, software, or digital services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
