**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls, fieldwork, and networking.
- Identify and qualify potential customers for residential and commercial projects.
- Maintain and update lead database regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handover and follow-ups.
- Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners and brokers.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in real estate or field sales preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate market in and around Kalyan.
- Willingness to work on a rotational week-off schedule.
