**Role Description **This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing in Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Position Reports to: Property Sourcing Executive

**Salary**:(1,80,000-2,40,000 LPA)

**Responsibilities**:

- Sourcing of potential property for the projects
- Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project specific sales
- Discuss and follow-up on opportunities with prospective buyers
- Coordinate site visit with prospective buyers and enable deal closure.
- Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools.
- Take update on products and offerings
- Explore new avenues and broaden market
- Capture weekend walk-in data

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification - HSC or 10+2 or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:
