**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sourcing Executive. The Sourcing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing the sourcing strategy, identifying and engaging with potential vendors and suppliers, evaluating proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products and services. The Sourcing Executive will also be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with suppliers and vendors and maintaining accurate records and documentation.

**Market Research**: Staying updated on real estate market trends, analyzing demographic data, and identifying areas with high potential for investment or development.

**Lead Generation**: Actively seeking out potential properties or development opportunities through various channels such as online listings, networking events, referrals, and cold calling.

**Due Diligence**: Conducting thorough analysis and evaluation of potential properties, including financial analysis, market feasibility studies, and risk assessments.

**Negotiation**: Negotiating purchase agreements, lease terms, and other contracts with property owners, developers, or brokers to secure favorable deals for your company.

**Relationship Management**: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, brokers, real estate professionals, and other key stakeholders to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities.

**Coordination**: Collaborating with internal teams such as legal, finance, and development to facilitate the acquisition process and ensure smooth transition of acquired properties.

**Risk Management**: Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with property acquisitions, including legal, financial, and market-related risks.

**Strategy Development**: Contributing to the development of the company's overall real estate investment or development strategy based on market analysis and business objectives.

**Qualifications**

Prior experience as a Sourcing Manager or in a similar role

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, r a related field

Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus

Pay: ₹9,896.39 - ₹47,260.15 per month
