**Role Description**:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales - Sourcing/Closing - Real Estate, located in Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales, Mandatory in the real estate industry
- Good understanding of sales, negotiation, and customer service principles
- Ability to deliver results and meet sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Understanding of current market trends and commercial awareness
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales strategies
