We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sourcing Executive. As a Sourcing Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network of channel partners and driving the business through them. This position is ideal for a fresher who possesses excellent communication skills, a two-wheeler, and a valid license.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Channel Partner Onboarding: Visit potential channel partners, present our projects, and onboard them as authorized partners. Build strong relationships with channel partners to ensure long-term collaboration.

2. Product Training: Conduct training sessions for channel partners' employees to educate them about our projects, features, and selling points. Ensure that they have a clear understanding of the value proposition and are equipped to effectively promote our offerings.

3. Marketing Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with channel partners to develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate traffic and leads for our projects. Provide guidance and support to ensure that marketing activities align with our brand guidelines and objectives.

4. Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with channel partners, serving as the main point of contact for their queries, concerns, and feedback. Address any issues promptly and proactively to maintain a positive partnership.

5. Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our marketing strategies and offerings.

6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of channel partner interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics. Generate regular reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and measure the success of marketing campaigns.

7. Sales: Ensure to get the required business through the channel partners.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduate
- Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with marketing principles and campaign coordination is a plus.
- Willingness to travel locally to meet with channel partners and attend events as required.
