- Customer service - CCE are required to interact with patrons on a daily basis and are adept at communicating with these customers in a friendly, professional mannerRetail relations - CCE act as the Mall Management voice for a shopping center and therefore must frequently interact with the media, the local community, and even law enforcement
- Government compliance - Require to coordinate with all government departments need to handle and assist all contracts and zoning ordinancesCredit control assistance - CCE is responsible for financial aspects of the Mall which including rent, CAM, Utilities collection, parking collectionRetail and service provider Communication - Responsible can effectively communicate with a diverse group of individuals, including property management, retail management, security staff, Housekeeping, MEP & Parking staff middle management, and moreRecords, Reports and inventory -CCE need maintain track inventory, record, record day to West Pioneer Properties (India) Pvt. Ltd. Job Description 2 day operations SOPS, and other administrative tasks.Handling Parking Department.
- Looking after Parking checklist, Attendance & grooming standard of all staffs.
- Coordinating with the retailers & their issues with the concern team & try to fix their problem ASAP.Handling Stilt Parking, LG Parking & Periphery Area
- Coordinating with Project team for Mall renovation work

**Job Types**: Regular / Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
