**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the operational aspects of our travel packages, including logistics, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, guides, transport providers, and other vendors.
- Ensure all travel services meet or exceed company standards and client expectations.
- Handle scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for tours and packages.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the planning and execution stages of travel operations.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop new offerings and enhance existing packages.
- Train and supervise operations staff, fostering a team-oriented and productive work environment.
- Analyze feedback from clients and make improvements to travel packages and operations.
- Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international travel regulations and standards.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to recommend improvements and adjustments to our travel services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in travel operations or a related field, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of the travel and tourism industry, especially within the context of destination management.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficient in travel planning software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
