**Position**: Dispatch Operations Executive - E-commerce**Location**: [Insert Location]**Industry**: E-commerce / Warehousing / Logistics**Gender Preference**: Male**Experience**: 3-5 years in warehouse dispatch operations with mandatory SAP experience**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee all outbound dispatch operations for e-commerce orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics partners, and courier services to streamline dispatch schedules.
- Generate dispatch documents (invoices, packing lists, e-way bills) using **SAP (MM/SD modules)**.
- Monitor inventory movement and update dispatch records in real-time through SAP.
- Maintain compliance with shipping regulations and internal SOPs.
- Track shipments and provide daily dispatch reports to internal teams.
- Handle dispatch-related escalations and ensure resolutions within defined timelines.
- Supervise loading/unloading activities and vehicle readiness for timely dispatch.
- Optimize packing and dispatch efficiency while maintaining accuracy and product safety.
- Collaborate with the inventory and procurement teams for stock availability and order fulfillment.
- Ensure all dispatch documentation is correctly filed and stored for audit readiness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Commerce or related field.
- **Mandatory experience in using SAP** for dispatch/inventory operations (minimum 2 years).
- Prior experience in an **e-commerce warehouse or third-party fulfillment center**.
- Strong knowledge of dispatch processes, transportation documentation, and compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage daily dispatch targets.
- Good communication skills and team coordination abilities.
- Willing to work in shifts if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
