- CCE is responsible for financial aspects of the Mall which including rent, CAM, Utilities collection, parking collectionRetail and service provider Communication - Responsible can effectively communicate with a diverse group of individuals, including property management, retail management, security staff, Housekeeping, MEP & Parking staff middle management, and moreRecords, Reports and inventory -CCE need maintain track inventory, record, record day to day

Job Description 2 day operations SOPS, and other administrative tasks.Handling Parking Department.Looking after Parking checklist, Attendance & grooming standard of all staffs.Coordinating with the retailers & their issues with the concern team & try to fix their problem ASAP.Handling Stilt Parking, LG Parking & Periphery Area.Coordinating with Project team for Mall renovation work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
