Setup with the goal of influencing positive change in society, Kautilya Bharat Foundation is actively working on political campaign management, war room management, cadre management, analysis, survey, image making, media coverage, social media, digital marketing, outdoor advertising, graphics design & much more.**

**About the Role**:
**Selected Operation executive work to plan and implement all on ground campaign activities for the Client. That includes issue identification, stakeholder management and monitoring. As part of campaign activities/job responsibility, you will be working closely with Party workers, community groups, elected representatives.**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Plan, conceptualize, strategize and execute on ground campaigns**

- Conduct primary research and develop grassroots intelligence needed for election success.**
**- Coordinate with the internal team such as digital media, data analytics, supply & procurement to develop election strategies.**
**- Ability to analyze ground reality and make plans accordingly; also create actionable insights, strategies, and initiatives for stakeholders.**

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Any Graduate or BSW or MSW or MBA**
**- 1 to 3 years of working experience.**

- Willingness to work, stay and travel.**

- Proficiency in Marathi and Hindi**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
