**Job Title**: Procurement Executive

**Location**: Kalyan Maharashtra

**Department**: Procurement / Supply Chain

**Reports To**: Procurement Manager / Head of Procurement

**Job Summary**:
The Procurement Executive is responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, materials, and services to ensure that the company's operational needs are met, considering price, quality, and delivery to ensure continuity of supply. The role requires effective negotiation, supplier management, and adherence to procurement policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Track the status of orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with finance to ensure proper invoicing and payment.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Conduct market research and cost analysis to identify potential savings.
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques and a strong understanding of supply chain management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in [industry-specific procurement, e.g., manufacturing, construction, retail].
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with international sourcing and import/export procedures.

Pay: ₹10,474.80 - ₹15,000.00 per month
