**Monitor stock levels and reorder schedules**- by aligning closely with inventory and planning teams.
- **Identify and onboard domestic suppliers**- for categories such as nutrition, health supplements, personal care, packaging, and pet products (should be able to evaluate vendors based on pricing, quality, delivery timelines, and credit terms).
- **Negotiate and finalize procurement deals**:

- ensuring favorable terms while maintaining expected quality and consistency.
- **Coordinate internal purchase operations** - raise and track POs, ensure timely dispatches, and manage follow-ups with suppliers.
- **Maintain accurate procurement documentation** - including invoices, POs, and communication trails to ensure smooth audits and reconciliations.
- **Perform basic quality checks** - request photos or confirmations from vendors during manufacturing to ensure any specific instructions (e.g., custom packaging, flavor adjustments) are followed correctly.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in FMCG, personal care, or nutraceuticals.
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and vendor management.
