**Shift**: UK Shift (1:30 PM - 10:30 PM)
**Work Days**: Monday-Friday + 2 Alternate Saturdays

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of client requests and documents.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism in all communication channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Update and maintain records in compliance with process requirements.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Prior B2B customer support experience preferred.
- **Skills**: Excellent spoken and written English, strong interpersonal skills, and confidence in handling client interactions.
- **Availability**: Immediate joiners preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a UK shift.
