**Claims Management**:Processing and managing insurance claims efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and accurate billing.
- **Insurance Verification and Coordination**:Verifying patient insurance eligibility and coverage, and coordinating with insurance companies to obtain necessary authorizations or referrals.
- **Patient Support**:Handling patient inquiries regarding insurance coverage, claims, and billing.
- **Compliance and Regulations**:Adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines, including those related to state programs and managed care organizations.
- **Data Management**:Maintaining accurate records of insurance claims, patient information, and insurance company interactions.
- **Policy and Procedure Development**:Designing, updating, and implementing policies and procedures related to insurance operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:Preparing periodic reports on insurance discounts, rejections, and other relevant metrics.
- **TPA Portal Management**:Managing all Third-Party Administrator (TPA) portals.
- **Financial Reconciliation**:Handling billing department tasks, including updating and reconciling implant bills.
- **Referral and Authorization Management**:Obtaining and reviewing referrals and authorizations for treatments.
- **Monitoring and Follow-up**:Monitoring the status of insurance claims and following up with insurance companies to ensure timely payment and resolution.
- **Collaboration**:Working with various departments, including the billing department, patient accounts, and medical staff, to ensure smooth insurance operations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
