Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Department executive to join our infrastructure company in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all insurance-related activities of our organization, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing the risks associated with our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement insurance policies and procedures to manage risks and protect the company's assets.
  • Evaluate and recommend insurance products and services that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Manage relationships with insurance brokers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to ensure competitive pricing and coverage.
  • Coordinate and negotiate insurance claims and settlements, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Monitor and analyze insurance-related metrics and report to senior management on trends and issues.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of insurance-related reports and filings.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on insurance-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to insurance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance management, preferably in the infrastructure sector.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and services, regulations, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
