Position : Customer Support Executive

Location : Rajkot

Roles & Responsibilities:
**Key Responsibilities**:
? Follow-Up: Ensure follow-up on unresolved issues, keeping customers informed about the status of their inquiries.

? Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.

? Record Keeping: Document customer interactions and feedback in the system for future reference and analysis.

? Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust.

? Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve products and services.

? Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to address customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience.

? Sales Support: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions.

? Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:
? Proficiency in basic computer operations and data management.

? Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, with the ability to articulate clearly and persuasively.

? Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

? Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

? Skills:
? Great interpersonal skills.

? Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in English is a must

? Education: ? Graduation in any field. Well versed with computers.

**Terms & Conditions**:

- 1 year Bond mandatory
- 6 days training period without pay.
- Incentive as per company slab.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹17,500.00 per month
