- **Key Responsibilities**:

- 1. Sales Order Processing: Process sales orders, invoices, and credit notes accurately and efficiently.
- 2. Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
- 3. Sales Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, including customer information, sales reports, and pipeline management.
- 4. Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to support sales strategies.
- 5. Sales Enablement: Assist in the development and implementation of sales enablement tools, training, and content.
- 6. Account Management: Support account managers in managing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and growing existing accounts.
- 8. Sales Event Support: Assist in planning, executing, and following up on sales events, conferences, and trade shows.
- 9. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain product knowledge to provide effective sales support and customer service.
- 10. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase sales efficiency and productivity.
