**Qualification: Minimum graduate Experience: Minimum 2 years**

**Role and Resposibilities**:

- Co-ordinate with every customer support engineer regarding customer calls.
- Allocate or assign call to engineer and co-ordinate with both engineer as well as customer.
- Maintain ERP on Regular basis.
- Provide & collect price and cost estimate in response to the customer and vendors.
- Co-ordinate with customers and vendors related to requirements of necessary repairing and their cost.
- Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and build good relationship.
- Conduct quarterly visit for AMC customer.
- Identifying and resolving any urgent customer service queries.
- Assess the service needs of customer and co-ordinate with them.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
- Maintain jovial relationships with clients
- Generate monthly report of every customer support engineer and discuss with directors and customer support manager.
- Need to maintain proper documentation in both form softcopy as well as in hardcopy.
- Be ready to learn new technical skills and upgrade your skill set.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Reporting to customer support manager
- Prepare maintain & submit daily activity reports.
- If required, the company can allot, different kind of work from your job profile then you are responsible to complete it.
- Employee handbook must be followed by you.

**Required Skills**:

- Best communication skills
- Should have basic product knowledge with IT field
- Presentable with best personality.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
