- Legal & Tenders

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

Bid and Tender Management

o Monitor tender portals and identify relevant opportunities.

o Share preliminary analysis of RFP/tender.

o Co-ordinate and work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Finance, Legal,

and Operations) to gather the required information and documents.

o Reviewing, preparing, and submitting bids, ensuring compliance with tender

requirements.

o End-to-end management of online and offline tender submissions.

o Act as the primary point of contact for all bid and tender-related queries.

o Maintaining an organized record of submitted/ongoing tenders and other associated

components.

o Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams

throughout the bidding process.

Technical Skills

Basic understanding of bid management tools and platforms.

Proficient in MS Word and familiar with the basics of MS Excel.

Strong drafting and proofreading skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strict commitment to deadlines and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of sensitive information.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Promptness in responding to tasks and updates without requiring follow-ups.
