- Drafting Legal instrument, Criminal Cases Litigation, Legal Research, opinion, Arbitration, N I Act Matters, providing legal advice counselling on issues relating to property and labor to prevent inadvertent violation of statutory provision and ensure hassle free business operations, monitoring litigations and defining case strategies and gies in civil, criminal, labor, recovery, identifying and engaging counsels of adequate standing & providing them case briefs and legal research support to make effective apearances in courts, filing complaints under the negotiable instruments act and leading evidence on behalf of the company, guiding defending, the case /suits filed against the company, in respect of Pan India including Criminal cases filed. Secured quashing / stay orders from t the court in the criminal cases filed against company

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
