**Job Overview**:
Rao IIT is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented **Part-time Legal Executive** to manage legal matters and provide advisory services to the organization. The role requires expertise in corporate law, contracts, and regulatory compliance within the education sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including contracts, agreements, and MOUs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including those relevant to the education sector.
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, statutory requirements, and organizational policies.
- Liaise with external legal consultants and law firms when necessary.
- Manage legal documentation and records in an organized manner.
- Assist in dispute resolution and litigation matters, if required.
- Stay updated on changes in the legal landscape and advise the management accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- Membership in the Bar Council of India.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in the education or corporate sector.
- Strong understanding of corporate and education law, contracts, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal tasks.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in handling legal issues within the education industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to educational institutions in India.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Competitive and based on experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
