**Key Responsibilities -**
- Tender Management: Monitor the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) for new tender notifications that align with our business offerings. Analyze tender documents to understand requirements and assess our ability to fulfill them.
- Strategy Development: Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies for successful tender submissions. Identify opportunities for highlighting our unique selling propositions (USPs) and competitive advantages.
- Compliance and Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all tenders applied for, including documentation, submissions, and communications. Ensure strict adherence to all procurement guidelines and regulations.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with architects, interior designers, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project specifications and business capabilities.
- Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of market trends, government procurement policies, and potential opportunities for future tenders. Provide insights to the management team for strategic planning.

**Qualifications -**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in government procurement, tender management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and its operational procedures.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹12,500.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
