**Job Summary**:
As a Growth Partner, you will design and deliver advanced Amazon growth strategies for Enterprise clients, driving results through strategic planning, client relationships, and collaboration with internal teams.
**Essential Functions**:
- ** Amazon Strategy Development**: Create and execute tailored strategies to meet client revenue and profit goals.
- ** Client Communication**: Serve as the primary client contact, managing relationships, securing buy-in, and presenting results effectively.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- ** Performance Monitoring**: Track client progress, analyze data, and tell compelling stories using insights.
- ** Project Management**: Oversee tasks, processes, and workflows to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
**Success Metrics**:
- Progress toward quarterly and annual goals
- Client satisfaction scores
- Timely delivery of projects (SLAs)
- Peer and manager feedback
**Qualification Requirements**:
- 2+ years of B2B strategic sales or consulting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- High level of knowledge and domain experience within the Amazon and/or ecommerce space
- Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Exceptional track record of developing, implementing, and managing business development and sales strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives, and providing personal leadership through example
- Extremely effective public speaking skills and presence, with the ability to shape stories for clients
- Can operate with a high degree of independence within agreed policies, targets and budgets.
- Fluent in English. Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- This position is remote.
- Work availability in US time zones
**Compensation**:
Competitive and commensurate with experience. Full time, 40 hours per week.
