**About the Role**:
We’re selecting a limited cohort of **high-agency student leaders** to become **Growth Partners (GPs)**—the on-campus force powering our mission to enable **1 million+ AI-powered interviews** across the country.
- This isn’t a spammy ambassador gig.
- It’s your chance to work directly with the founding team, build community and credibility on your campus, and get hands-on exposure to the future of **AI hiring and talent intelligence**.

**What You’ll Actually Do***:

- **Represent Parikshak on your campus**—help students understand how AI-led hiring works and why skill-first profiles matter
- **Build and activate student communities** via WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and campus clubs
- **Drive interview signups** by hosting info sessions, sharing resources, creating buzz, and being the go-to person for Parikshak on your campus
- **Own weekly goals** (interview drives, referrals, engagement tasks) and report real insights from your network
- **Collaborate directly with the core team** on strategy, campaign ideas, and student feedback loops
