Park Tutoring is on a mission to provide personalized and innovative tutoring solutions to students worldwide. As we grow, we’re looking for a passionate **Growth Marketer** who thrives on driving results, achieving business goals, and contributing to the success of our brand. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating compelling marketing campaigns, leveraging data to optimize performance, and taking ownership of growth initiatives.

You will work alongside our content marketer and designer to craft beautiful and impactful campaigns that attract new customers, increase revenue, and propel Park Tutoring into its next stage of growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute the growth plan in collaboration with senior executives.
- Identify opportunities for innovative campaigns and implement them effectively.
- Manage and grow channel opportunities with technology partners.
- Own and execute performance marketing and affiliate marketing strategies.
- Report on campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize strategies and drive results.
- Stay ahead of market trends, identifying opportunities, threats, and challenges, and taking action accordingly.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, campaign analysis, and ROI optimization.
- Experience managing performance marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Expertise in affiliate marketing and partnership development.
- Ability to develop and execute creative and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar).

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Experience in the education or ed-tech industry.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.

Expected hours: 40 per week
