**Client Engagement Partner (CEP) - Edunutshell**

Edunutshell is a multi-domain education and career platform committed to bridging the gap between **education and employment**. We offer training, internships, corporate programs, faculty development initiatives, and industry collaborations to help learners gain real-world opportunities.

**Role Overview**
As a **Client Engagement Partner (CEP)**, you will represent Edunutshell in driving student engagement, sales, and community-building initiatives. CEPs act as the **primary link between students, institutions, and Edunutshell**, ensuring awareness, outreach, and conversions. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to begin their career in the **fast-growing EdTech sector** while developing strong leadership and communication skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Reach out to students and parents to promote Edunutshell’s programs.
- Build and engage student communities, supporting Campus Growth Leaders.
- Generate leads, maintain pipelines, and achieve monthly targets.
- Collaborate with peers and faculty for outreach activities.
- Report progress and share insights with the central team.

**Eligibility**
- Open to graduates and final-year students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English mandatory).
- Self-driven, organized, and passionate about the education sector.
- Must have laptop/desktop and internet (WFH setup).

**Compensation & Perks**
- Fixed Stipend: ₹18,000/month + Incentive of ₹2,000 on 100% target achievement.
- Performance-based growth: Post-probation CTC ₹2.8 - ₹4.5 LPA.

**Location**: Work From Home

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
