**Role Overview**

This position operates on a performance-based model during the probation period, transitioning to a fixed salary based on demonstrated outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**

**IT Operations Management**:

- Oversee and manage all IT operations, including custom software development, app development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and IT support helpdesk services for AtoZ VirtuaL and its clients.
- Plan, strategize, and execute IT projects to meet organizational and client-specific needs with precision and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance across all IT areas to ensure seamless workflow.

**Custom Software and App Development**:

- Build an intuitive and user-friendly app for AtoZ VirtuaL, incorporating all verticals and interfaces necessary for smooth operations.
- Develop and deploy tailored software solutions to address client requirements, ranging from startups to large enterprises.
- Research and integrate software tools available in the market to enhance operational efficiency and document management.

**Cybersecurity and Data Management**:

- Safeguard the company’s digital assets by implementing robust security measures and cybersecurity controls.
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data across all departments and client projects.
- Develop and implement policies for secure data storage and management, leveraging cloud solutions for seamless collaboration.

**IT Infrastructure and Cloud Solutions**:

- Design and maintain a scalable IT infrastructure to support the organization’s growth.
- Leverage cloud computing solutions for efficient storage, operations, and collaboration.
- Regularly assess and optimize networking and IT systems to ensure peak performance.

**Stakeholder and Client Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and fulfill IT requirements effectively.
- Understand the unique demands of clients and offer tailored IT solutions to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Present AtoZ VirtuaL’s IT capabilities in a competitive market globally.

**Team Management and Development**:

- Hire, train, guide, and support skilled IT professionals, staying abreast of the latest technologies and trends.
- Build a high-performing IT team capable of executing complex projects efficiently and meeting deadlines.

**Strategic IT Planning and Execution**:

- Start with affordable, free, or limited IT resources to fulfill immediate IT solutions while planning for scalable growth.
- Plan and execute IT projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
- Stay updated with global IT trends and incorporate innovative practices to maintain a competitive edge.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the smooth integration of IT systems across departments for effective operations.
- Provide end-to-end IT support, addressing issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as required to support IT operations and organizational objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in IT operations management, software development, app development, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure design and maintenance.
- Expertise in data security, network management, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in building user-friendly apps and software for operational efficiency.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of IT professionals effectively.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones and handle international client projects.
