**Key Responsibilities**
**Brand Establishment and Online Presence**:
- Build a strong, distinctive brand presence for AtoZ VirtuaL across global markets.
- Promote the company uniquely to compete with established competitors in the industry.
- Regularly post engaging and high-quality content on the top 10 social media platforms to increase visibility.
- Improve the company’s online reputation by encouraging reviews, ratings, and testimonials.
**Marketing Strategy and Lead Generation**:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Explore collaborations with influencers and establish fruitful partnerships with companies.
- Create and optimize marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Actively contribute to finalizing deals when necessary to support revenue growth.
**Digital Platform Management**:
- Oversee and maintain all digital platforms, including social media accounts, website, and business listings.
- Regularly update and optimize the company website and social media pages to enhance audience access and experience.
- List the business in various directories for easy client access.
- Ensure AtoZ VirtuaL’s online presence reflects its verticals, values, and unique strengths through compelling content, photos, and videos.
**Content Creation and Engagement**:
- Curate, design, and post content that resonates with the target audience, building rapport and fostering trust.
- Respond to audience queries and engage with followers to strengthen relationships.
- Share stories and success updates that highlight the value of AtoZ VirtuaL’s services.
**Team Building and Management**:
- Build, train, and lead a team of marketing professionals to ensure efficient branding and promotion of AtoZ VirtuaL.
- Guide and support the team in executing campaigns and achieving marketing goals.
**Market Research and Optimization**:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Optimize digital assets and marketing strategies to improve discoverability and audience engagement.
- Monitor analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
**Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support**:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless lead handover process.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on messaging and branding.
- Support operations by creating promotional materials such as presentations, proposals, and scripts.
**Additional Responsibilities**:
- Perform any other duties, responsibilities, or accountabilities as required to enhance the company’s marketing function and overall growth.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO, and social media management.
- Exceptional creativity, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on a performance-based model during the probation period.
- Expertise in lead generation and brand promotion.
- Familiarity with tools for content creation, analytics, and optimization.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a go-getter attitude.
