**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive due diligence reviews on clients.
- Analyze financial statements, legal documents, and other relevant information to assess risk and compliance according to GIFT.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, compliance, and finance teams, to ensure alignment and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and industry best practices related to due diligence operations.
- Assist in developing and implementing due diligence processes and tools to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business ancillary support.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent research and investigative skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and interpretation of legal documents.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
