The Due Diligence Coordinator is responsible for supporting the initiation, tracking and managing of

Keiretsu Forum’s interaction with CEO presenters who might be preparing to present and go through due diligence with prospective investors. Responsibilities will include assistance with coaching CEOs and preparing companies for due diligence; arranging due diligence coaching sessions; enthusiastically supporting the due diligence process after presentation; working on transcriptions and compiling/writing zero draft due diligence reports. A Due Diligence Coordinate will coordinate a company’s project from the beginning, until a due diligence report gets published.

The goal of this position is to assist and maximize the overall effectiveness of Keiretsu Forum member’s collaboration on Due Diligence on companies pursuing investment. To maximize the quality of the due diligence efforts and thereby enhance the funding likelihood for qualified companies.

**Tasks/Responsibilities**

Below is an outline of tasks related to this position. This summary should not be considered a complete list of duties; additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

**Essential Functions of Due Diligence Coordinator**
- Coach company CEOs and DD teams on process and objectives.
- Provide support with creating investor interest lists for the companies starting due diligence processes with Keiretsu and help them recruit their due diligence teams.
- Update process tracking board for work-in-process (organizing/in process) and completed due diligences.
- From company feedback, develop initial list of Key questions in conjunction with initial due diligence team members.
- Follow-up with entrepreneurs and DD teams on a weekly basis, or whenever required.
- Track metrics for optimal results within a pre-decided time frame.
- Coordinate and supervise deep dive due diligence session(s) and weekly status calls for presenting companies.
- Transcribe and take notes during the deep dive meetings between CEOs and prospective investors.
- Compile Q/As and create rough drafts based on the results of the deep dives.
- Edit, proofread, publish and distribute completed DD reports.
- Maintain databases and keep a record of current and ongoing DD companies, experts, reports, etc.
- Liaison with committee chairs to pro-actively cultivate additional and stronger due diligence resources.
- **Progress Review**:Review progress weekly with team members; quickly identify deals which need extra support to keep the DD process on track.
- **Outreach**:Due Diligence Coordinator will represent Keiretsu Forum at community events supporting entrepreneurship. Support community partner relationships through mutual referrals and participation.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Experience with editing and proofreading (Preference: Technical Writing exp.)
- Experience in entrepreneurship and finance and other relevant fields
- Skills with Office 365, Task Management Software and CRM
- Ability to work pro-actively and drive team’s performance towards objectives
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be organized and be able to organize fellow team members

**Salary**: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
