**Responsibilities & Key Deliverables**
- Key Responsibilities:

**Due Diligence Process**:
Perform detailed due diligence on potential dealers, ensuring that all risks (financial, legal, and operational) are identified and mitigated before forming partnerships.
Collect and Analyze data to identify key risks associated with dealer partnerships.
Maintain and update a database of due diligence findings and create reports for senior management on dealer assessments.
**Risk Management**:
Identify red flags and inconsistencies during evaluations, and work with senior management to address potential risks.
Recommend corrective actions to improve dealer performance and mitigate risks.
**Dealer Evaluation**:
Conduct comprehensive studies of existing dealers’ financial reports, assessing their financial stability, business practices, and operational efficiency.
Analyze dealer sales performance trends and throw alerts.
Assess dealer compliance with regulatory standards, contractual obligations, and internal policies.
**Collaboration & Communication**:
Work closely with legal, compliance, finance, and sales teams to ensure alignment in dealer evaluations and due diligence processes.
Prepare and present due diligence reports and recommendations to senior management, helping them make informed decisions about dealer partnerships.
Maintain organized records of all dealer evaluations, due diligence reports, and relevant documentation.

**Education Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

**General Experience**
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in dealer evaluation, due diligence, financial analysis, or a similar role. Prior experience in a regulated industry (such as automotive, finance, consultancy) is highly preferred.
