JOB DESCRIPTION – FINANCIAL DUE DILIGENCE - ASSISTANT MANAGERAbout Us:Click here to know - 'Who we are?'What’s in it for you?This profile shall strengthen your practical knowledge in Financial due diligence through constant and comprehensive exposure to various aspects like financial modelling, report writing, business restructuring etc. Not restricting you to anyone sector is an attempt that we make in order to ensure you have an all rounded experience in different sectors/industries. In addition the freedom of operation will encourage you to test your won limits and develop holisticallySkillsets we would like to see you exhibit,Role specific skillsets:To conduct financial due diligence. Also assist in secretarial due diligence as and when requiredTo participate in feasibility studies engagements.To analyze the financial results of companies and develop good understanding of business model. Document and report review, analyze and internal report creation.To keep all information obtained during due diligence process. Do lease, operational and underwriting financial reviews/audits, if required. Generate ideas and share within the team.To write strong reports on the finding noted during the course of diligence processTo assist in preparing opinion notes, memos for acquisition/ joint venture establishmentTo assist work on a projects which might run over a short term to long term horizonTo advice on business structuring / reorganizationShould be strong at documentation of the workShould be a strong team playerTo be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,3 - 5 years of applicable work experience in : accounting, advisory, financial audit, or transaction experience (experience with Big 4 preferred)CA and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business from an accredited college/university;Should have some experience in audit & advisoryShould have done audit (preferably in Big 10) in starting of his career.Actively involved in financial due diligenceExperience in project management including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing clients, and/or manager towards the successful completion of a projectStrong current knowledge in one of the following: India GAAP Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Company Law and International Financial Reporting Standards, mergers and acquisitions, or transaction servicesStrong understanding of EBITDA, working capital and net debt and other due diligence aspects. Experienced candidates with in the relevant field would have a better advantageOral and written communication should be goodShould have a strong understanding of the commercial/business arrangementsShould have a strong report writing skills with very good control over the languageShould have a strong proficiency with MS office especially MS excel and MS power pointShould be ready to travel and ready to work under tight deadlinesEssential - Experience in Due diligence, Statutory/Tax Audit, Internal AuditDesirable - Experience in Process Skills, Risk Assessment, Service sector, Large/Medium Cos., Corporate Law, FEMA, Local Law, Legal drafting skills, Knowledge of incorporations/registrations, Knowledge of FDIFinally, our people are our most valuable asset; if you agree with us on this, we would love to meet youYour interaction with us will involve:TestsHR InterviewTechnical Interviews
