**About the Role**:
You will be responsible for managing and scaling our presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging channels, to drive brand awareness, community growth, and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement **social media strategies** aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns.
- Create and schedule engaging, original, and platform-optimized content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and others.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and video teams to produce **eye-catching creatives, videos, reels, and carousels**.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and conversations to ensure timely and relevant brand engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, follower growth, etc.) to continuously improve content performance.
- Work closely with paid media and performance teams to support social ad campaigns.
- Stay updated with **platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices** in social media marketing.
- Run and manage **social media contests, influencer collaborations**, and community-building initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- **0-5 years** of relevant experience in **social media marketing**.
- Proven track record of growing and managing brand social media accounts with measurable results.
- Strong content writing and visual storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with tools like **Canva, Hootsuite/Buffer, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics**, etc.
- Basic understanding of **SEO, hashtags, and content strategy**.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, and performance-driven environment.
