**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our creative team. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, growth, and brand recognition for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand, goals, and target audience.
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
- Create and curate compelling and visually appealing content, and written posts.
- Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media data and performance metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithms, and emerging social media platforms.
- Plan and schedule content calendars, including post timing and frequency, to maximize reach and engagement.
- Explore and implement paid social media advertising strategies when applicable.
- Provide regular reports and insights to clients, showcasing the impact of social media efforts on their business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager) is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
