**Job Title: Social Media Marketer**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in social media marketing.

Content Creation: Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to text posts, images, videos, and infographics.

Community Management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, and engage with the audience in a timely and professional manner. Foster a positive community environment.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies for better results.

Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools to track social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights. Utilize data to make informed decisions and continuously improve social media strategies.

Collaborations and Partnerships: Identify and initiate collaborations with influencers, partners, and other brands to expand the reach and impact of social media campaigns.

Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media channels. Uphold brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive brand identity in all online interactions.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a similar industry.

B2B Industry experience is a must.

Proven experience creating and implementing successful social media campaigns.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

Analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.

Familiarity with paid social media advertising platforms.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Salary:

- Upto 4.5 LPA**

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
