**Job Description: Social Media Marketing Associate**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a social media pipeline to cover all ongoing events.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure event details are accurately represented in content, pre
- and post-event.
- Write engaging captions and transcribe YouTube videos to optimize accessibility.
- Manage content distribution across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube, adhering to the planned schedule.
- Share creatives and updates with the WhatsApp community and internal teams to maximize coverage and engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent writing and transcription skills.
- Proficient in content scheduling and pipeline management.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year
