Job Overview:
As a Social Media Optimization (SMO) Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance the online presence and visibility of our company or client's brand across various social media platforms. Your expertise in social media analytics, content management, and audience engagement will be crucial in driving increased brand awareness, generating leads, and fostering positive relationships with customers. You will closely collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align social media initiatives with broader marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute SMO strategies that align with overall marketing goals and enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.

Content Management: Create and curate engaging and relevant content for different social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to maintain a consistent brand voice and resonate with the target audience.

Community Engagement: Engage with the social media community, respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, and nurture a positive online reputation for the brand.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular reports to measure the effectiveness of SMO efforts. Use insights to identify opportunities for improvement.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid promotions, to promote products, services, or specific marketing initiatives effectively.

Social Listening: Monitor social media channels and keep abreast of industry trends, conversations, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.

Social Media Advertising: Collaborate with the advertising team to plan and implement targeted social media advertising campaigns to reach specific audience segments and achieve marketing goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the content team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging and optimize social media content.

SEO Integration: Integrate social media strategies with search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve website traffic and organic search visibility.

Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing, and suggest innovative ideas for improvement.

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
