Job Description: Social Media Marketing Executive

ThinkByte, a leading AI startup founded by BITS alumni and a trailblazer in Gen AI-based digital marketing solutions, seeks dynamic individuals to join our team as Social Media Marketing Executives. This role is open to fresh graduates and those with up to one year of experience in the field.

Position Overview:
As a Social Media Marketing Executive at ThinkByte, you will work closely with our clients to implement and manage social media strategies that align with their business objectives. Your role will involve developing and executing social media campaigns across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
- Develop customized social media marketing strategies tailored to each client's needs.
- Create engaging content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written content.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and prepare reports for clients.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm compelling content ideas that resonate with the client's target audience.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels on behalf of clients.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms for clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Up to one year of experience in social media marketing or relevant internship experience.
- Proficiency in social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
