**Job Summary**:
The Social Media Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth across various platforms. They will create compelling content, analyze metrics, and stay updated with industry trends to optimize social media presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
- Manage social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices, algorithms, and industry trends in social media marketing.
- Implement paid social media advertising campaigns to support marketing goals and objectives.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities and challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree prefered.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in content creation and social media management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
- knowledge in paid social media advertising is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A passion for social media and staying updated with emerging trends.

**Additional Information**:

- This role may require occasional work outside of regular business hours to monitor and respond to social media activities.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
