**Social Media Management**:

- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube shorts)
- Schedule posts and monitor engagement.
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely and authentic manner.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and use insights to optimize our social media strategy, content, and engagement.

**Content Creation**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the brand and resonates with our target audience.
- Create high-quality visuals, shoot videos, and written content for various platforms, ensuring consistency and brand cohesion in line with the branding guidelines and communication goals.
- Stay up to date with social media & industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into the platform's social media strategy to produce fresh, relevant, and engaging content.
- Champion social media best practices and continually improve our social media creative.
- Content creation will involve developing ideas around contests, giveaways, and other interactive campaigns to build a loyal following that builds brand salience and consideration.

**Content Editing**:

- Maintain consistency and visual appeal across all content.
- Collaborate with the designer and editors to refine and perfect content before publishing.
- Adept with using AI tools.

**Copywriting**:

- Develop catchy slogans, captions and taglines that reflect our brand voice and engage the audience.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness.

**Content Capture**:

- Plan and execute photoshoots, video shoots, and live streams.
- Capture behind-the-scenes & in-store moments, product highlights, and lifestyle shots that tell our brand’s story.
- Utilize the latest tools and technologies to enhance the content creation process.

**Influencer Marketing**:

- Identify and evaluate potential influencers based on target audience, engagement metrics, and brand alignment.
- Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, including briefing influencers, managing content deadlines, and overseeing deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies and partners.
- Collaborate with influencers to develop content that aligns with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, processing contracts, and maintaining campaign documentation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging influencers, and competitive activities to inform strategy and decision-making.

Pay: ₹15,065.48 - ₹34,766.52 per month
