Customer Success Representative
Work Location: Kochi
Shift Timing: US
What you’ll do:
- The Customer Success Representative’s primary responsibility is to support the customer success team in monitoring the questions/problems concerns and performance of the book of business, identifying opportunities, and sell promotions.
- Create and manage the case queue in Zendesk and Jira
- Collaborate and build relationships with other departments
- Ability to work and Share customer feedback across functions and with the management team to resolve customer challenges.
- Identify product issues and accurately bubble up through appropriate channels.
- The ability to help scale the business through innovative thinking and excellent execution.
- Maintain interactions through records management as directed in specified CRM system
About you:
- You are Tenacious and Results Oriented by displaying resiliency in the face of adversity and always acting with the end goal and business objective in mind.
- Prior experience in Customer Success or International Call center
- You Have excellent communication and written skills (fluent English is a must, and any other languages would be an advantage).
- You love speaking to customers and are empathetic to customer concerns/issues assisting, understanding, and solving their problems.
- You have a technical aptitude and (more importantly) the desire and drive to master new technologies and software products.
- Experience with CRM tools, and support tools such as Hubspot, Jira and Zendesk is recommended.
**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Night shift
- US shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
