We are looking for a Customer Success-Intern who will be the vital link between our customers and our operations team. Rubrix Analytics is a venture with founders from IIT/IIM operating in the School (K12) Segment.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Clarify the doubts raised by the clients and ensure the deliverables are smooth in day
- to-day basis
- Document and communicate to operations and product teams on change requests
- Communicate to customers clearly on product, features and workflows

**Required Skill Set**:

- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks diligently
- Strong customer service orientation
- Computer Savvy
- MS Office Proficiency

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 per month
