**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients across all service areas.
- Create and execute personalized success plans to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client escalations and strategic discussions.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including service specialists, support representatives, and operations, to address client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor client satisfaction and retention metrics, analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client relationships and performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, etc.).
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or related roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in the study abroad, immigration, or travel industry is a plus.
