**QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree and should be familiar with MS Office **2 - 4 years of experience in Customer Success Management/telemarketing or any related field **Proven working experience in providing customer service support with proficiency in English and Malayalam **Great interpersonal skills. **Exceptional oral and written communication skills. **Strong organizational skills. **Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required. **Advanced troubleshooting skills & ability to manage and handle multiple tasks. **Outstanding problem-solving skills. **Exceptional attention to detail. **Hard-working individual with good time management abilities. **Strong decision-making skills. **Ability to tolerate stress and pressure. **Experience in use of Social Media Platforms **Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques **Strong client-facing and communication skills**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
