**Job Title**: Sales Executive / Customer Sales Associate (Female)

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers visiting the showroom with a positive attitude.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or solutions.
- Explain product features, specifications, and benefits clearly and confidently.
- Maintain attractive product display and ensure showroom neatness.
- Handle customer queries and objections with professionalism.
- Prepare quotations, assist with billing, and complete sales documentation (as required).
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi, English).
- Smart, presentable, and confident personality.
- Ability to handle customer queries and convert leads into sales.
- Target-oriented with strong convincing power.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
- Prior experience in showroom / retail / customer service preferred (freshers with good communication can also apply).
