As we scale, we're looking for a dynamic team member who can **drive sales and manage customer relationships** with care and efficiency.

**Role Overview**:
We are hiring a **Sales & Customer Service Executive** who will play a key role in converting leads into customers, managing subscriptions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You’ll be communicating with customers mainly through **WhatsApp and phone calls**, and using **Google Sheets and Zoho CRM** to track your work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp and phone
- Convert inbound leads into paying customers
- Manage renewals and upsell to existing clients
- Handle order-related queries and resolve issues with a customer-first mindset
- Maintain accurate customer records using **Zoho CRM**:

- Track leads, follow-ups, and closures using **Google Sheets**:

- Coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure smooth service
- Provide daily and weekly reports on leads, conversions, and customer feedback

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of **experience in sales** (F&B or services preferred)
- Fluent in **spoken and written English**:

- Proficient with **WhatsApp Web**, **Google Sheets**, and **Zoho CRM**:

- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable handling both sales and support responsibilities
- Highly organized, reliable, and self-driven

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in a D2C or subscription-based brand
- Ability to communicate in Hindi or local languages

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
