As the Executive Assistant to the CEO in the gaming industry, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, enabling efficient operations and facilitating strategic. Your expertise in operations, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail will be essential in managing a wide range of responsibilities.
Experience: 4-5 Years of experience.
**Responsibilities**:
Calendar and Schedule Management: Coordinate the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls, ensuring optimal use of time and prioritizing urgent matters.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and recording minutes, ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by the CEO, maintaining accuracy and adherence to company standards.
Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel logistics for the CEO, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing travel itineraries, ensuring adherence to travel policies and budgets.
Expense Management: Process expense reports and invoices, reconciling expenses and maintaining accurate records, and assisting with budget tracking and reporting as needed.
Confidentiality and Compliance: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Special Projects: Assist the CEO in coordinating and executing special projects and initiatives, conducting research, compiling data, and preparing reports and presentations as required.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and loan management software.
Discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain meticulous records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
