As a **B2B Sales Executive** for our Visa Consultancy firm, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying and building relationships with corporate clients, HR departments, educational institutions, travel agencies, and other organizations that require visa-related services. Your role will involve consulting clients on visa solutions, managing the entire sales cycle, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
- Identify and research potential corporate clients, including businesses, educational institutions, and large travel agencies, who require visa services for their employees or students.
- **Sales & Client Acquisition**:
- Present the consultancy’s visa services to decision-makers such as HR managers, operations directors, and other business stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts, discuss pricing models, and close deals with corporate clients to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- **Consultative Selling**:
- Understand the unique visa and immigration needs of each client, and recommend the best visa solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Provide clients with ongoing support and advice on visa regulations, changes in immigration law, and updates in policy.
- **Account Management & Relationship Building**:
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate clients to ensure customer retention.
- Provide excellent after-sales support, ensuring smooth processing of visas and addressing any client issues or concerns.
- **Sales Reporting & Strategy**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and opportunities in CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies.
- **Collaboration with Operations Team**:
- Work closely with the visa processing and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of visa services to clients.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Experience**:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management in a service industry (experience in visa consultancy or immigration services is a plus).
- **Sales Skills**:
- Proven ability to build relationships, generate leads, and close sales.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to consult and advise clients on complex visa solutions.
- **Industry Knowledge**:
- Knowledge of visa and immigration processes, or a willingness to learn quickly about visa-related services, regulations, and procedures.
- **Communication Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- **CRM & Sales Tools**:
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office suite.
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
